I am writing this with keywords to help others with nose pain from wearing eyeglasses. I cannot tolerate wearing eyeglasses-even super light readers like Optx Flex II. This takes pressure off bridge of nose for short-term use. Foam and elastic are softer than the competitor’s version, but both have good flexibility and are very lightweight. The competitor’s black hook is made of one solid piece. This product has a clear plastic hook with a flesh colored painted strip (or perhaps a vinyl decal) across the forehead. This foam has a slight chemical odor so I am off gassing it before use. Neither design should be expected to hold up long under heavy moisture from perspiration in athletics wear, for example. The biggest difference is the length of the hook. This one is longer and must be worn higher on the forehead.
