I’ve purchased a few of these types of nose supports but not for nose surgery, but due to other reasons due to my strange vision issues with glasses with bi-focals. I’ve purchased the type that are black with thin metal and eventually they break off. This time I spent a few more $$ for this type and I love them. The plastic will not break and overall they are extremelly well made. I highly recommend them!
